Participants in this workshop will:

• Have enough information to feel informed about joining the conversation about racism in this country
• In a safe environment, examine personal beliefs around racism.
• Learn about systems of racism embedded in history and culture. (It is more than a personal belief system).
• Better understand the complexity of personal and social identity.
• Be supported in having clear, authentic conversations about racism with others.
