I offer virtual sessions by request.
I am a trauma-informed licensed psychotherapist certified in mindfulness. I am also certified in healing practices such as soul-directed energy healing, barakah healing, medical intuition, and meditation.
My process begins with connecting to the heart and then moving into one or more healing modalities. Individuals and groups are supported in their healing process in a quiet, peaceful setting called Orenda Place.
Here are the services I currently offer:
Counseling
Each 90-minute session begins by intentionally connecting to and aligning with the body, heart, and soul. Our work in these sessions is to understand better the structures of conditioning and ego identifications and how they create blocks and barriers to personal growth. Awareness is increased as you begin to let go of the belief that this is who you are. As the false self begins to loosen up, clarity develops, and the soul is recognized. Through this realization, the soul’s purpose can be discovered, and unfolding into the True Self is made possible.
Single Fee: $100* Couple Fee: $110 *
* If you cannot pay the total amount, please let me know, and we can discuss a possible payment plan or a package rate. The package rate requires committing to 5 sessions for $90 each, for $450. The package must be used within six months of purchase. Sessions are not valid after six months.
Soul-Directed Energy Healing
The soul-directed energy healing sessions allow you to address the stagnant patterns in your life that need transformation, such as trauma, chronic health issues, depression/anxiety, relationship dysfunction, and self-awareness.
The healing occurs through a gentle touch over or on the chakra centers. I intuitively track the energy, clear and balance the chakras, and encourage the soul’s natural flow of higher vibrational frequency. It may include Barakah Healing.

Spiritual Guidance
Often when there is a decision to seek spiritual guidance, it is because we no longer can ignore that still deep place within that calls us to pay attention; “Look Here!” It may come as a whisper, a sense of emptiness or numbing confusion, a relentless suffering, or a mysterious longing of the heart.
The great poet Rumi said: “Drum sound rises on the air, its throb, my heart. A voice inside the beat says, “I know you’re tired, but come. This is the way”.
Whatever has led you to this place of awareness will bring you closer to knowing more of the truth of who you are, along with and beyond the historical self. As your companion during this unfoldment and discovery, I will carefully listen with interest and compassion. I may ask questions, offer practices, or suggest a direction for you. Know that you and this process will all be held by Spirit and in the love and light of Presence.
